ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales of Gift cards, physical Gift Certificates, Packages/Passes and prepaid services are final and no refunds will be issued. However, the client may be able to transfer their prepaid service to another person if they do not wish to use it for themselves. Packages/Passes cannot be shared.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below:
Canceling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
No-shows will be charged in full.
Appointments made within the 24-hour period, that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50%.
If a therapist must cancel a session, they will try to give the client 24 hours notice. Furthermore, they will offer to find the client another qualified therapist, or to reschedule the appointment at a 50% off discount.
*COVID-19 related cancellations:
If a client shows signs of infection or has been in contact with a person who has been infected within 14 days, their appointment will automatically be cancelled at no charge.
At Urban Bliss, we hold the right to cancel or refuse appointments/bookings at any time if we suspect that a client or one of our staff is unwell or shows Covid-19 symptoms. READ OUR FULL COVID-19 MEASURES & WAIVER HERE.
GROUPS & CORPORATE BOOKINGS
Group bookings of more than 10 massages should be discussed and booked at least two months in advance. We require a full payment of the discussed service offer at least one month prior to the first scheduled massage. If the client fails to do so we cannot guarantee that the bookings will be held.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY FOR GROUP BOOKINGS:
Cancellation requests should be made by email to email@example.com and will only be valid once we have received and responded to the request.
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least one month before the first scheduled massage.
A refund of 50% of the full group service amount will be provided for cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the first scheduled massage.
For cancellations made by one individual in the group, refer to our Cancellation Policy above.
For cancellations related to COVID-19 made by one individual in the group or by one of our staff, refer to our COVID-19 MEASURES & WAIVER here.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If a client is late to a session, the therapist will do their best to accommodate and fit in a full session. However, if scheduling does not allow for this, the client will still be charged for the full session.
We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so you have time to get ready for your massage. In the event you are late for your scheduled time, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the guest already scheduled after you.
We encourage clients to speak up about their needs and preferences, such as areas they'd like to have more or less attention, or anything that would help them be more comfortable. A client's input will always be accepted and appreciated.
The therapist and client's relationship will be based on a mutual intention of supporting the client strictly in their therapeutic goals.
The therapist will only provide services for which they are qualified. If a therapist is unable to provide the support a client needs, they can refer the client to the appropriate professionals.
Every client's privacy and confidentiality will be upheld at all times. Except for the case of a court subpoena, the therapists' records are kept strictly confidential.
Therapists will have washcloths available for clients who would like to clean up before their session. Therapists ask that clients please be mindful of cleanliness for the session. Likewise therapists work in only sanitary conditions, using clean sheets for every session and sanitizing hands and arms before sessions and as needed throughout.

PRIVACY AND UNDRAPING
In most cases, the client undresses completely for a massage; however it is entirely up to every client's discretion the level at which they feel comfortable disrobing. The client is afforded time to undress alone before the massage begins. During the massage, only the area of the client's body that is being worked on will be uncovered – the rest will be draped with linens. A client's privacy and modesty will always be respected.
SAFETY AND INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
The safety and comfort of both therapist and client are very important. Either can terminate the session at any time if uncomfortable for any reason.
Intoxicant Policy: Alcohol and drugs can significantly reduce the benefits of massage, and may even cause harm. Therefore, if a client comes to a session under the influence, the therapist may refuse to offer their services, and the client will still be charged for the session.
The massages provided at Urban Bliss are therapeutic and are strictly non-sexual/sensual. Inappropriate verbal or non verbal sexual behavior will result in termination of the session, and full payment will be due.
